Overview of the Deposits and Withdrawals

In addition to your trade history, our Compliance department may also ask you to send your deposit and withdrawal history. This may apply to both your crypto and euro transactions. Most exchanges utilize similar methods therefore we will explain how to download from Binance exchange and in the case of an external wallet, MetaMask wallet.

Binance

We assume that you have already visited our first article 1. Trade History and are therefore already logged in. If not, please log in to the exchange.

If you are at the homepage, go to the upper right corner and go to Wallet -> Transaction History:

You are now at the Transaction History page. Here you are able to download both your euro and crypto transaction history.

If you select Generate all statements you will be presented with a screen where you can select the time range for which you want the transactions. After selecting the time range, select Generate to download the overview.

MetaMask (PC)

We assume that you have already visited our first article 1. Trade History and are therefore already logged in and made a picture. No further steps are required to identify your MetaMask wallet. If not, please proceed to article 1 MetaMask.
