Account Validation
Furthermore, our Compliance department might need information and documentation regarding the wallet or account you have deposited crypto from. The following section will walk through the process of verifying an external account to confirm that a certain deposit originates from your account.
Most exchanges utilize the same method, therefore we will explain how to validate your account for Binance exchange and MetaMask wallet.
Binance
In the top right corner you can find a little icon which takes you to your personal Dashboard.
In order to confirm that the origin of your crypto deposit originates from your external account, the Compliance department requests a screenshot from your Dashboard as shown below:
MetaMask (PC)
For your MetaMask (PC) wallet validation there a no additional requirements needed.
In case you have not read our first article Trade History, we have included a short guide of the requirements for MetaMask (PC) users:
Step 1
First, proceed to your MetaMask dashboard and make a picture of your screen in which you can see your address and a handwritten note with the current date and the name of our platform Bitladon. For an example, see below.
As you can see there are three essential elements that need to be visible: your wallet address, the current date, and our name Bitladon. In addition, you are required to share your wallet address in text with our Compliance department so we are able to access your trade history through the blockchain.
