Do you have a new mobile phone?
In this case you can transfer the back-up code from your old phone. It is also possible to switch off your Google Authenticator under ''account details'' and link a new Google Authenticator from your new mobile phone.
Is your old phone unusable or did you lose the back-up code?
In this case we are able to turn off the Google Authenticator for you. Please send us a selfie by e-mail (helpdesk@bitladon.com) on which you hold your identity card and a handwritten note including today's date, the name of the website and the reason for the note (e.g. Google Authenticator), all of these must be visible in the same image.
