What does error 285 mean?
Error 285 means you are entering an unrealistic amount when buying or selling a coin. For example, if you want to buy 1500 euro's worth of Bitcoin (BTC) and instead enter that you want to buy 1500 Bitcoin. The system will give an error message when this happens.
How to solve this?
Look carefully at what you have entered in the boxes. Please note that you can only enter the number of coins in the left box. The value of this amount must not be higher than your euro balance. The best way is to enter the amount of euro's in the box on the right side. The system will then calculate how many coins you will receive.
