This differs per coin. For example, sending/receiving Bitcoin may take a few hours, while another coin may take a few minutes. Please note: We keep 95% of the coins in cold storage (offline) for security reasons. We normally send your coins within a few minutes, but our hot wallets (online) may be empty at the time of your withdrawal. Because of this, withdrawals can take up to 72 hours in extreme cases.
